Produce Process:

Adhering to the spirit of craftsmanship, our products strictly require and supervise every step from raw material procurement to production details. Ensure that each drawer is qualified before leaving the factory.
From production order arrangement to production workshop, two lines are carried out simultaneously, processing metal materials and preparing wooden and fabric.
Our metal materials are purchased from Ansteel Group(Which supply the best steel ), thickness of 1.2mm-1.5mm we use. Each piece is carefully selected, with a smooth surface, no blackening, mold, or scratches.
Firstly, the material is laser cut according to the production drawings, and then the burrs on the cutting surface are manually scraped off. The next process is bending, bending the steel plate and square tube, and then welding, including the welding of drawers and frames. After welding, surface oxidation treatment is carried out and a layer of silver oil is applied. Combine and weld the drawer and square tube again, continue to polish the welding places, and then repeat paint the silver oxide oil.
Another production line includes cutting of wooden boards and fabric, gluing, laser engraving models for side wings , assembly of plastic parts and reinforcing ribs,
After all the preliminary work is completed, the outer frame is basically formed, and then WD-40 antirust oil is paint for the surface of the frame and drawer . After that, the bearing and guide rail are modulated to the best state. Finally, assemble the product into shape.
Before packaging, all products need to be wiped with WD-40 antirust oil again. Finally, the packaging process is carried out. Each set of products has a layer of anti-collision foam protection, wrapped with paper nails, reinforced cardboard protection at four corners, and in steel pallet.

ROLLER DRAWER

For convenient storage of items such as recovery equipment and clothing, the traditional style roll out drawer comes with a fixed top. This allows for additional modules to be stacked on top, or provides a flat surface for storing other, larger items. The Roller Drawer is available in five sizes.



ROLLER DRAWER WITH ROLLER FLOOR

The traditional style roll out drawer with a rolling top gives you plenty of storage space and allows a fridge freezer to be easily mounted on top, enabling it to be rolled in and out as required. Available in three sizes and unlike other products on the market, this module utilizes a true flat floor.

For convenient access to your car fridge, the low level roller floor sits only 5.5″ above the floor of your vehicle. Available in three sizes, it incorporates a storage tray underneath for smaller items, and like the larger drawers, utilizes a flat floor for easy placement of other items when not carrying a fridge.
